Ah… I have to be honest here. I had a bit of travel envy when John started sending me his photos and travel journal. He’s continued to explore various remote corners of the earth and I’ve stayed put and hunkered into my house, gardens, writing etc. But that’s okay… I’m not really that jealous.

On the other hand, I’d love to walk along the beach off that multi-hued beach of blues and greens and lose myself in the tropical teal waters. Ah…..

Great to see photos of Micronesia up here. I grew up in Yap and Palau. I’m writing about my experiences there on my blog http://elilaipetals.wordpress.com/ if you’d like to check it out.

Cool blog, it’s very cultural; I like that!
