Planting Day One (from Jas) – SG Journal

Hi de ho All,
It was a great day and we got plenty done!!!!  Everyone who came were awesome!!!!!   Really Awesome!!!!!!   I am sorry my silly li’l foot kept me from doing all that I was wishing I could partipate in  grrrrr  ohohohoho.
Report on progress:   We got more than a third of the garden tilled, and many more seeds in seedling trays, we got everything organized  whew!!!!!  and two more potato cages planted.  Hopefully Scott will stop vibrating from the tiller before next weekend when he will get all vibrated again ohohohohoho.   Ronnie and me will be doing some tilling throughout the week and am hoping that someone out there can come do some of that too????   This next weekend we are going to try to get the tilling finished???   maybe??? ohohohoho   and then we have to fill in the holes we made for the fire pit and rock pit from the sweats we did a couple of years ago,  get the compost out of the neighbor’s yard and into the garden, Scott has mapped out the different circles for us  Hurrah!!!  THEN  we gotta get the different gardens placed properly and the stones in place and the bamboo stakes in place and the fencing up.  AND then we get to plant out all our little plant babies (side note:  they are soo adorable!!  breaking through the ground and their little first leaves reaching out for life!!!!  just makes me go all mushy watching ’em ohohoho).    Thankfully Mare took a couple of trays of them home with her to give ’em some special care  sigh….   I wish I could get to all of ’em,  they are so precious and so delicate right now  but I am sooo busy with all the healing work etc… ohohohohohoho.    I know all of us are busier than busy right now but try to hold the plant babies in your thoughts and prayers and send them all love and encouragement.  They are trying to reach for life, these new little beings that we have planted and are responsible for, and they will lovingly give up their fruits to us to nourish ALLLLLL of us in return,  so let’s try to be conscience  of them and give them our support.

For all, I hope ya all get outside to play with the dirt…   very very good for ya…   ohohohohohoho   It is simply amazing what getting dirty can do for the inside of ya ohohohohohohohoho
love ya all  bunches and bunches and more    ttfn jas
