Breast Cancer Awareness Month Should = Toxin Awareness Month

My heart goes out to all who have suffered, lost their lives or gone into remission with breast cancer, any type of cancer, any disease for that matter. But what if we partnered Breast Cancer Awareness Month with phasing PERSISTENT HUMAN-MADE CHEMS out of our lives (gardens, houses, workplaces)…? let’s get to some of the causes of such high rates of these diseases…

I could go on a diatribe here… But honestly folks — we can wear all the pink ribbons, go to a big running event or walking event, but so long as we go home and use pesticides in our houses and cleansers that have the skull and crossbones on them, etc, we are continuing to expose ourselves and our loved one to toxins that our cells have no clue what to do with — and likely go a little berzerk, and eventually our immune system gives in… sigh.

I think the Breast Cancer Awareness media folks should proactively use it as a platform for raising enviro awareness on toxins we regularly buy and use… my two cents…

But really, Breast Cancer Month needs to be more than about Cancer, it needs to talk about the causes and what we can do to minimize risk of cancer… C’mon, folks!
