A Woman After My Own… Belly…

Truth be told, I’ve gotten a little obsessed with my belly. Not that I think it is too big. It’s rather a cute size belly. Not too flat. Not too too round.

It’s really not the size of the belly that I’m obsessed with. It’s the truth of my belly, my energy center, my hara, my very womanhood nestled within it. It’s the center of my Sacred Feminine. From there all my energy radiates out when I’m feeling balanced.

In this evolving and loving relationship with my belly, I’ve just discovered a fellow Belly lover – Lisa Sarasohn. Lisa is the author of the book The Woman’s Belly Book: Finding Your True Center for More Energy, Confidence, and Pleasure.

Lisa also keeps an active blog at http://bellyqueen.wordpress.com/

She is definitely a soul sister and I’ve just ordered her book. Yay to celebrating our bellies!  Yay to waking up to the incredible power that we women house in our bellies. Yay!
